Fat Quarters ~ fat quarters are 18" x 21" cuts of fabric. Because they are square, they can be used for many more quilt projects than a quarter-yard cut (which would measure 9" x 42"). We love using fat quarters to make simple quilts, like our Cuddle Cutie rag quilt.
Half-yards ~ half-yards are just what they sound like...a half of a yard of fabric!
